Stages of cooperation

1. Determination of the needs of the client

The concept is the first step in the production process. We know that not all clients have resources sufficient to properly draw up the technical documentation. This is why we can develop such documentation in our office on the basis of the examples and suggestions of the client. Skilled employees will determine the best machining path to produce the ordered part. Clients often provide only hand drawings, on the basis of which we develop the design of the part.

2. Project preparation

The next stage is to convert the design to the digital form. In this stage, the team of designers proficient in CAD software operation will draw the design to the computer form. It is necessary for digitally-controlled devices to machine the material precisely. At this stage, consumption of material, the time necessary for the machining and the cost of work on the specific lot of parts are determined.

3. Manufacture of the finished product

The digitally converted design is then directed for CNC machining, where a skilled team of employees will efficiently process the order. The finished product will reach the client right after the end of the entire machining process.

Our offer

  • Laser cutting

    Steel, structural, stainless and aluminium sheet. Work area: 3000 x 1500 mm. We guarantee 100% repeatability of parts. Laser cutting definitely shortens working time, at relatively low costs.

  • Laser cutting of pipes and sections

    We offer cutting of pipes and hollow sections of various materials, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium, copper, brass.

  • Waterjet cutting

    Carbon, alloy, stainless, structural, heatproof, acid-resistant steel, aluminium, copper, titanium, brass, natural stone, plates, ceramic, rubber and plastics, seals glued glass, wood-derivative panels. Work area: 3100 x 1600 mm

  • Sheet bending

    Innovative CNC control system, fitted with 3 axes “Y1,Y2,X”. Bending sheet plate up to 6 mm thick, and up to 3000 mm long with the JORDI bending brake up to 125 t load. We ensure high effectiveness and 100% repeatability of the orders.

  • CNC milling

    Plexiglass, PVC, DIBOND, MDF, Plywood, furniture panels, laminates, aluminium. Maximum work area 1000 mm x 1000 mm x To meet expectations of the client, we perform single parts and lots based on the designs provided in the form of drawings, scans, etc.

  • CNC turning

    With the rich equipment of the machine with the bar feeder, the counter spindle, two tool revolvers, including one with Y-axis travel, we can execute complex parts with high output.

  • Powder painting

    We use powder paints for various steel, aluminium and galvanised parts. We offer powder paints in the full range of RAL colours and special (antique, façade, metallic) paints. We paint parts with max. dimensions 1.3 x 1.3 x 2 [m].

  • Our quality

    We pay special attention to the quality of our services and products designed and manufactured. We employ strict quality control at each step of the production, and raw materials and semifinished products come only from the best Polish and foreign suppliers.
